“A sustainable and public life” is the main theme of this mixed-use development projects. Its site is located in Guangzhou CBD - Tianhe District. This design for this proposal composed by four towers, representing residential, office, hotel systems. A five-storey shopping podium connects those four towers together, to form a semi-outdoor garden shopping street. It also provides parks, clubs, kindergarten and other facilities for residents.
