In the project of Zhangjiang Concrete Factory, ALYA had the honor to work with Shanghai ARCHMIXING Architects and Beijing META Architects to create a future office community in Plot F of the park with the model of cluster planning and sub-building design. In the overall layout, the building volume is divided into 6 individual blocks, the north side is high-rise, the south side is multi-storey; In the central area, a central courtyard is connected with the ground traffic, which echoes the park and creates a diversified and open micro-urban space.
